SlayInsure is a licensed insurance marketplace. We help you compare and apply for insurance coverage offered by third-party, licensed insurance carrier partners. We are not the insurance carrier or underwriter for any policy purchased through our marketplace. The actual insurance contract is between you and the issuing carrier, and that carrier's policy terms, conditions, and exclusions govern your coverage — not this website.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use SlayInsure or purchase a policy through our marketplace. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
When you request a quote, you authorize us to share the information you provide with relevant carrier partners in order to generate accurate pricing. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit — inaccurate information may affect quote accuracy, coverage eligibility, or claims outcomes down the line.
Quotes provided through SlayInsure are estimates based on the information available at the time and are subject to final underwriting review by the carrier. Final premiums may differ from initial quotes based on factors discovered during underwriting, such as driving history, claims history, or additional verification. Quotes are not a guarantee of coverage or final price.
Any policy you purchase is issued and underwritten by a third-party carrier partner, not SlayInsure. Claims, coverage disputes, cancellations, and policy servicing are ultimately subject to that carrier's terms and processes. We may assist in facilitating communication, but the carrier's policy documents control in the event of any conflict.

SlayInsure is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that quotes will always reflect the lowest available price. Educational content on this site, including articles and guides, is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute insurance, legal, financial, or medical advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SlayInsure and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any policy obtained through our marketplace, including damages related to coverage denial, claims disputes, or pricing changes determined by a carrier partner.
We may suspend or terminate your access to SlayInsure at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you've violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or harmful activity. Termination of your access does not affect any active policy you hold directly with a carrier partner.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SlayInsure after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever changes are made.
